Ashi Singh is a young Indian actress who gained popularity after her portrayal of the role of Naina Maheshwari in the popular Indian TV serial, Yeh Un Dino Ki Baat Hai and Princess Yasmine in Aladdin-Naam to Suna Hi Hoga. However, Ashi had started her acting career way back in 2015 in the serial “Secret Diaries: The Hidden Chapters” by playing the role of Lavanya.
Ashi was born in Agra, Uttar Pradesh on 12th August 1997. She spent a brief period of her childhood in Agra and completed her schooling there. In Agra, she went to City Convent School where she got her primary education.
Later on, when she completed her schooling, Ashi, with her family moved to Mumbai to pursue her dreams. In Mumbai, she went to the Kishori Sanghvi College of Commerce and Economics and graduated with a degree in commerce.
As her interest always lay in acting she began looking for acting roles and started auditioning for some and in 2015 she got her TV debut. She bagged the role of Lavanya in MTV’s TV series “Secret Diaries The Hidden Chapters”. After that, she also appeared in various small roles in shows like Crime Patrol, Savdhaan India, and Gumrah.
However, Ashi rose to fame after the popular TV show “Yeh Un Dino Ki Baat Hai” in which she played the lead role of Naina opposite Randeep Rai who played the role of Sameer. The show was a great hit among the audience and it gave Ashi the much-needed break.
