Sanam Puri, one of the protagonists of the bandis the lead singer of this band. His band comprises of three other talented singers cum music composers and musicians- Venky, the Bassist, Samar who is their guitarist and lastly Keshav, the drummer.
Well recognised and famous for their unplugged versions of old songs and tribute paid to sagas, Sanam band has created a niche of its own. They are famous amongst their audiences and have created a buzz all across YouTubewith their channel, ever since they started out. With followers and subscribers of their channel increasing by the minute, Sanam band is getting all the love they could have asked for and then some.
The virtual world is truly dominated by this four member band and justifiably so. Venky S (Bassist) said in an interview that digital broadcast network Qyuki helped them reach to the right target audience at ease and helped them reach where they are now. This band has a sensational fan following and we aren’t surprised one bit.
Who knew that Sanam Puri (the singer of the band) would, one day be a famous playback singer in the industry? His rock and pop numbers are no less than solitude to the soul. The band predominantly coverssongs of the golden era and are still more than successful in engaging today’s youth to that genre as well.
