Bubbly beauty Vinny Arora has entertained audiences with her acting chops in TV show Udann, Laado 2, Kuchh Is Tara, Aathvaan Vachan. Now, the actress will be seen exploring the web world.
The actress has returned to acting after two years with MX player’s web series, ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’, which also features Riya Sen and Anant Vidhaat.
In conversation with IWMBuzz.com, Vinny spoke about her web series, lockdown phase, TV comeback and more…
How was your experience working on the series?
It was a fabulous experience working on the project. It was best so far and was effortless. I had a great time shooting it with my lovely co-actors. It was something new for me and I’m very excited to see myself on the new platform.
What was the most challenging part?
I am playing a character exactly opposite of myself, sometimes I just wouldn’t connect to the character but I did my best for it to look convincing. I hope audiences like my new avatar in the web show.
What is different about the series?
Well, there are a lot of things but to name one I would say that it isn’t a clichéd love triangle, there is a twist to it. Also, I always wanted to do something on the digital platform as it is a fast-growing medium. I am glad that I picked this project as my debut.
How has your bond evolved with co-stars during the series?
I have found lifelong friends in Riya and Anant. They are such great people and amazing co-stars. I am blessed to be working with such lovely people around me. I totally had a blast shooting with them.
Do you plan to return to TV?
Yes, absolutely. I love TV, I just want to do something exciting hence have been waiting for a while now but I will be back for my lovely fans.
How are you spending your quarantine time?
Well, like others, I am also busy doing the household chores, watching new series, cooking and making the most of this time with my hubby Dheeraj Dhoopar and my dog Oreo.
Anything that Dheeraj did for you during the lockdown period?
Well, he cooked. For the first time in his life, he cooked for me and that was very special. Also, he helps me with the chores.
What is the first thing you would do post lockdown?
I really miss my close ones hence I will see my parents and my friends and spend some quality time with them.

I would want audiences to watch Pati Patni Aur Woh as it will bring a smile to their face. I would like to say that value your lives and your relationships. It’s a tough time that we are all going through hence patience is key. Also, be safe and healthy.
