Suchitra Pillai is class-personified in the role of Sheena in ALTBalaji’s successful series, Kehne Ko Humsafar Hai.
Though her character did not have much to do in Season 1, the Season 2 has given Suchitra all that she was looking for as an artist.
Says Suchitra, “I am very happy with the outcome of Season 2. I have a much bigger role than the earlier season. And Sheena has a stronger presence too. The best part is that she befriends Rohit and shares a very good rapport with him. She’s the one who advises and helps Rohit (Ronit Roy) when it comes to tackling problems in his marital life with Ananya (Mona Singh). Also Sheena helps out her sister Poonam (Gurdip Punjj) in living life to the fullest after facing the huge setback of losing her husband. Sheena has a good graph in the Qatar schedule too.”
Suchitra liked the way in which Sheena carried herself. “She has the ‘I give it a damn’ attitude and that is what is fascinating about her. It was fun working with Ronit, Mona and Gurdip.”
Suchitra feels that the web as a medium has grown quite a lot. “There is good content put to play and it shows in the success rate of seasonal series.”
