Manasvi Vashist, who has been part of TV shows Ishq Mein Marjawan 2 and Imlie and is currently seen in the fourth season of the series Campus Beats, wants to take up roles that make him challenge his limits emotionally, mentally, and physically.

He said, “I’m all about roles that push me out of my comfort zone. If it challenges me emotionally or makes me laugh (or both), I’m in. Inspired by real stories, raw emotions, and a good plot twist.”

Being the new-age star of his lot, he feels managing both his personal and professional life is not easy, but he likes to keep things private that are meant to be under wraps. “It’s like trying to juggle while riding a unicycle. Tough, but you learn to draw boundaries. Personal life stays personal—unless I’m posting about my dog, of course,” he said.

Sharing his experience of shooting for Campus Beats (season 4), he shared that he had a blast. He said, “The energy was infectious, and it’s always fun playing a character that feels so real. Plus, who doesn’t love a little campus drama?”

Manasvi is seen as Ahaan, a college student who is also a social media sensation in the show, and believes that social media is a double-edged sword. He said, “On one hand, it can inspire; on the other, it can make them feel like they need to live up to filters and highlight reels. Reality check, please.”

When asked about the pros and cons of social media, he stated, “Pros: instant connections, viral ideas, endless memes. As for cons—mind-numbing scroll, fake news, and a whole lot of comparison anxiety.”

Recently Australia banned the use of social media for kids under the age of 16, and the actor feels it’s a bold move. He added, “Protecting kids from the dark side of the internet sounds like a win. Now, if only we could ban them from scrolling at the dinner table, pointing out the need for parents to encourage more meaningful offline interactions and create healthier boundaries around technology use in daily life.”
