Anushka Sen, a 19-year-old Indian teen, has already become an internet phenomenon. She has over 29.3 million Instagram followers and 2.5 million YouTube subscribers, and she often posts single videos with millions of views.

The Indian actress, who is most known for her role in the children’s fantasy TV show Baal Veer, has earned honors for her appearance in the 2021 film Am I Next.

Sen was most recently in the Maldives with her parents. We looked at her YouTube videos to get the inside scoop on how she stays in shape, as well as her hair and skincare recommendations, while she flaunts her fantastic figure.

Fitness

The social media sensation claims she works out every day and includes a core workout at home in her morning routine. This allows her to concentrate on certain target areas for a well-rounded training routine. Sen stays in shape with more than simply home workouts. She’s also an athletic person who enjoys cycling, badminton, and yoga, according to the Baal Veer actress.

Sen says she prefers to read novels or binge-watch Netflix episodes like Friends before calling it a night in a YouTube video titled “My Nighttime Routine, Quarantine Edition.”

Skin

Sen has to take additional care of her skin because she is in front of the camera, and frequent travel can also stress her complexion. Even if she’s fatigued, Sen claims she removes her make-up at the end of the day. She also uses a face mask to moisturize her skin before applying a moisturizer layer.

Hair

Sen’s hair is long and lustrous, and she keeps it healthy and nourished using a combination of cosmetic products and old-school methods. Sen’s favorite hair tip is to combine four oils into her hair: olive, castor, almond, and coconut. She then wraps a heated towel around her hair for 10 minutes after dipping it in hot water.

She gives herself a scalp massage after it has been in her hair for the specified amount of time to ensure that all of the oils have been adequately absorbed. As a consequence, you’ll have sparkling locks that shine all the time.

Diet

Sen is only 19 years old, but she is already conscious of her eating habits. Every day, she begins with a cup of warm water and honey. She eats a fiber-conscious breakfast after playing with her dog Cindra. Sen eats a well-balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables, and for dinner, she always opts for a salad with a side of fruit as a treat.
