Kendall Jenner, A Literal Supermodel, Has Often Felt Like The Lone “Nerd” In Her Family

Kendall Jenner is the family's self-described "nerd" and is "not necessarily a lot like them"

To be a part of the Kardashian empire isn’t always simple. The Kardashian sisters—Kylie, Kendall, Kourtney, Kim, and Khloé—have not only taken over reality television but have also become dominant in the fashion, beauty, and health sectors. Although they are undoubtedly the ideal couple, Kendall said in a conversation with The Telegraph that she occasionally felt excluded from her sisters’ group due to their disparate hobbies and body types.

She told the outlet: “My sisters are a lot curvier than me. As a tiny twiggy kid growing up, I used to look at my sisters and wonder, ‘Oh no, am I expected to be more gorgeous like them?’ For a while in my life, I almost felt out of place.”

She also disclosed to the publication that she deviates from the group since she prefers to maintain her privacy and shows up on Keeping Up With The Kardashians less frequently than her elder sisters. She is the family’s self-described “nerd” and is “not necessarily a lot like them.”

Although Kendall may have struggled with this as a child, she has accepted her status as a member of the Kardashian family.

She said, “I enjoy that I have a distinct feel to everyone. I enjoy trying new things. It’s okay that way.”

All of this only makes me worry about what familial dynamics the new Kardashian generation will have to reveal to the world.
