Prajakta Koli, a digital influencer and actor, appears to have mastered the at-home workout game. While most of us struggled to stay motivated and consistent with our training regimens, Koli was able to turn things around for herself. “My drive to stay fit started in January 2020”, she says, right even before COVID-19 lockdown hit us. It was a very stressful time in her life, and she admits to being physically and mentally exhausted, to the point where she’d weary ascending just one flight of stairs.
