Young, energetic and ambitious Prarthna Batra is the latest internet sensation. All of 16, Prarthna has a sensible head on her shoulders and is an apt mix of exuberance with evolving experience.
She runs her Youtube channel which is seeing an impressive organic growth and she aims to propel the prospects in the coming time.
Says Prarthna with a beaming smile “I was bored during quarantine, so I took it as pass time, and then it turned into something serious. It is an interview series, for now, and the channel features stalwarts like Barkha Dutt, Prajakta Koli, Ranveer Brar, among others. I plan to work harder and make it a video podcast. I intend to expand and get more guests on the channel, that’s the immediate goal. Later, after we get some good traction, I will add more lifestyle-based content.”
When we ask about the process, she quips, “I am in class 12, so when I get time, I plan and fix interviews. Then I conduct, edit and upload them. I have uploaded 10 videos so far, 3 more are in my kitty and all are great guests. All my guests are inspirational and the conversation is simple, where they talk about their lives and careers.”
“YouTube is a versatile platform. I do know to play three instruments, so music is also my area of interest but producing content comes naturally to me. I love talking to people and enjoy learning from their experiences. It gives me immense joy to know new aspects of life. However, initially, I didn’t think it would possibly be a career option, now I do,” ends Prarthna.
