Attractive TV actress Sara Khan, who has always lived life by her terms is adding one more feather to her cap, after acting in TV serials (both Indian and Pakistan) and music videos she is now crooning in Black Heart.
Sara celebrated the launch of Black Heart at a private get-together with friends like Rakhi Sawant, Gia Maanek, Shaleen Bhanot and rapper AkashDadlani among others.
Sara, who has appeared nude in the song says, “Although bold, if you follow the lyrics you will get what I mean to say. It is high time the world stopped slut shaming girls about their dressing of love. The words I say are cry for freedom for women kind. Guys, just let live and let.”
Prior to this, she had done another very bold video Tere Jism with Bidaai co- star Angad Hasija. “I have no problem with bold, what is wrong in it if I like the concept and yes can carry it off. But yes I am not doing this to grab attention I am just like this in real life as well,” says Sara.
She adds, “I really worked hard on the lyrics and writers made it a point to pen such stuff which was in my comfort zone. I riyaaz very seriously and if Black Heart does well, which I am sure it will, I will cut more songs as well.”
For the moment Sara will soon appear in two more music videos. “I like this format for it makes us look beautiful and yet get a point across in few minutes.”
She would not mind returning to TV soon, “If something juicy comes along, I will take it up. I am also game for hard hitting web series and shorts. Needless to say bold is not an issue but yes it needs to have meaning. These series focus on women having confidence in showing off curves also have depth to their thoughts.”
