She thinks it’s strange. She does, however, practice yoga. Go for a run or a swim as well. These are Radhika’s three favorite activities. On most days, she eats everything and tries to eat in moderation. When Radhika goes on vacation, she eats a lot of junk food and then tries to eat healthy for a month to lose weight and get back to her normal weight before eating again.
