Web queen Maanvi Gagroo, who has enchanted audience with her different portrayals in web series like Four More Shots Please!, TVF Pitchers and TVF’s Tripling.
The actress is back with Tripling season 2. Talking about the new season, she says, “It was like re-uniting with your family. It actually felt like a vacation. The show has connected me, Sumeet Vyas and Amol Parashar well. We worked together in season 1 hence we have known each other well. Now, in season 2 when we used to shoot, we could figure out that the person is about to fumble or has forgotten his lines. We knew each other so well that we used to improvise and manage the situation and scene. To be in sync to such an extent has been the most special part for me in season 2. Both seasons brought us closer and season 2 has solidified that closeness.”
When we ask about the USP of Tripling season 2, she shares, “Tripling is a content backed series. There is no crutch of sex, violence, bad language. It is an entertaining show that you can watch with your siblings, friends and family. We are not preaching it but there are few messages that the show sends out. It is a slice of life kind of show which will make you feel good, content.”
Maanvi feels all the platforms have different set of audiences. She further adds, “We are not eating each other’s audience. TV has its own audience so does films. Web is just a medium which provide content for every section of the society,”
