Varun Sood is presently enjoying the success of his recent project Call Me Bae alongside Ananya Panday. The talented actor was also seen in the shows Karmma Calling and Naam Namak Nishan. He will put his hosting calibre into display in the show Reality Ranis of the Jungle. This will be the first-ever all-women survival show, which promises a mix of glamour, grit, and jungle warfare. Varun has always been the celebrity with a great physique and dashing looks. He shares insights into how he manages to maintain a healthy work-life balance amidst the demanding schedules that come with multiple releases.
When asked about how he maintains balance in his life, Varun reveals, “I love what I do. It makes me extremely happy when I am on set and working. But I also derive happiness from various other things such as playing my guitar, boxing, basketball, MMA, baking, and videogames. And that’s my life at home. So, every time I am home, I disconnect from my work life and do the other things that make me happy. That way, my love for all my passions remain alive.”
Fitness is another crucial part of Varun’s life, not just for his physical well-being but for his mental fitness too. He talks about its importance stating, “For me, physical fitness leads to mental fitness. I have to be feeling my optimum best. At times, the character demands you to be in a certain body shape, which helps the character look more believable. And if you are working towards looking like a character, it automatically translates in your acting.”
Despite his busy schedule, fitness is a non-negotiable for Varun. “Fitness for me is a lifestyle. I get a session in every day, no matter what my schedule looks like,” he concludes.
Best of luck for the upcoming hosting stint, Varun!!
