ALTBalaji’s latest drama Hai Taubba is creating a buzz amongst viewers. The show is conceptualized by ALTBalaji’s creative director Baljit Singh Chaddha. Hai Taubba is a collection of stories that will come out in 2 chapters.
Chapter one has 4 stories that show a common emotion of love. There’s love between two men, there’s love between two females, and then there’s also the adolescent love alongside a man who believes, “40s is the new 20s”. The second chapter again has 4 stories that are currently on the floor and the makers will announce the release date for chapter 2 soon.
Now, IWMBuzz.com has exclusively learnt that actor Adnan Khan, who rose to fame after his portrayal of Kabir in Zee TV’s daily soap, Ishq Subhan Allah, will be part of one of the episodes.
When buzzed Adnan, he confirmed the news and said, “One of the directors with whom I had worked before wherein I had a henchman kind of character and I used to still give my hundred percent, that show was Friends: Condition Apply. This director came at the end of the show and he saw my work ethic and I don’t know what he liked but he probably remembered me. Although we weren’t in touch, he offered another episodic show. I went to Delhi for the same and we bonded really well. Now, Sachin sir, the same director called me recently and offered me Hai Taubba. It turned out to be a wonderful and knowledgeable experience. I worked with five actors Kashish, Sid, Gaurav, Sandeep, and Ritu. They turned out to be the best group I have worked with. Hopefully, it will come out soon and I urge audiences to watch it as I am excited about it.”
