Reports coming in suggest that media veteran and one of the key members at the Netflix India team, Srishti Behl Arya has moved on.
Srishti Behl Arya, Director-International Original Film, has decided to leave Netflix after more than three years and a slate of more than 35 original films including Guilty, AK vs AK, Bulbbul and Serious Men, and our first Tamil and Telugu films, with Paava Kadhaigal and Pitta Kathalu.
Srishti reported to VP of content for India, Monika Shergill. Her last day with Netflix will be Friday, May 21, 2021, as per sources.
“Film remains a focus and priority investment for Netflix in India. The India Content team is led by Monika Shergill who will continue the momentum the network has built into 2022 and beyond,” added another source.

“Srishti has played a foundational role in building our original film slate in India, launching 35 titles over three years with critical acclaim and fandom including Guilty, AK vs AK, Bulbbul and Serious Men.
