Creatively inclined Harsha Bathija who has had a 10 years long journey in the TV industry, having helmed projects as Creative Director is now working on her own web-film for the digital space.
Harsha who has oodles of work experience in the genre of horror having written for shows Aahat, Fear Files, Darr Sabko Lagta Hai etc will be coming up with a thriller cum horror web-film. Tentatively titled ‘The Dark Past’, the film will go on floor soon.
Coming to the cast, we hear that Harsha’s actor sister Priya Bathija will play the main protagonist in the film. It will also feature Ashi Mickey who was seen in Badshah’s song Heartless, Dishita Sehgal of Dear Zindagi fame, and Leena Shah the noted Gujarati theatre actor.
The film will be directed by Nandu Banerjee. Harsha will be co-directing Nandu for the film.
Harsha Bathija has also been with Channel Sony TV and ViuClip earlier. She is presently writing her own projects and is freelancing too.
When contacted, Harsha told us, “This has been my dream to do my own horror script. Horror is a genre that has fascinated me from childhood.”
As for Priya, she has been part of TV shows Khwaish, Kasamh Se, Baba Aiso Varr Dhundo, Ek Boond Ishq, Suryaputra Karn etc.
