In the OTT space, one of the most-awaited projects has been that of actor Kriti Sanon’s debut as a producer, Do Patti alongside the legendary Kajol. The film has been in the buzz for a while now owing to how it stars an alluring female actor duo in the form of Kajol & Kriti Sanon.
Everyone has been wondering when will the film mark its release but it can be made official now the film does have an official date in the form of 25th October.
That’s right. In an interesting date announcement video shared, where the release date was confirmed-
As seen, Kajol plays a version of herself but also a cop, which she plays in the film. As she asks for a cappuccino at the counter, she looks at Kriti Sanon and comes to her to interrogate her. The following conversation involves a real life inclusion into the interaction between the duo, as Kajol asks Sanon about where she was around at a particular time when the paparazzi were shouting ‘Kriti Ma’am, Kriti Ma’am’ etc. On the other hand, Sanon also highlights that this is the first time Kajol is playing the role of a cop.
Even with this meta inclusion of worlds and the movie, it already seems incredibly interesting and we can safely say that we cannot wait for the film.
Do Patti also stars Shaheer Sheikh, where it is written by and co-produced by Kanika Dhillon, and Kriti Sanon’s Blue Butterfly Films.
