Dhairya Karwa, the handsome hunk, who entertained masses with his exceptional acting talent in blockbuster movies 83, Uri: The Surgical Strike, and Gehraiyaan, has bagged a web project. As per a reliable source, the young star will be seen in Netflix’s upcoming series Scoop by Hansal Mehta.
‘Scoop’ is a character drama that traces the journey of Jagruti Pathak, an ambitious crime journalist. Her world comes crashing down when she is charged for the heinous murder of a fellow journalist, Jaideb Sen and ends up in a prison cell with those she once reported on. The project is inspired by the biographical book from journalist Jigna Vora, ‘Behind The Bars In Byculla: My Days in Prison’.
As per reports in the media, Scoop on Netflix will see Karishma Tanna in the lead role of a crime journalist Jagruti Pathak.
We had earlier exclusively informed readers about Deven Bhojani, Mohd Zeeshan Ayyub, Mehul Kajaria, Pankaj Vishnu, Ninad Kamat, and Ravish Desai being part of the series.
