Actor Nimai Bali who was last seen in Colors’ mythological presentation Lakshmi Narayan – Sukh Samarthya Santulan in the role of Maharishi Bhrigu, will be seen in the upcoming third season of Delhi Crime on Netflix. Delhi Crime has seen two successful seasons and has been appreciated for its content and production values. Its writing and the manner in which real-life cases have been depicted have been praiseworthy.
The first season created history by being the first Indian show to win the International Emmy Awards as it bagged the Best Drama Series title. The show’s first season was based on the Delhi Police’s investigation of the infamous 2012 Delhi gang rape.
The series has Shefali Shah playing the role of the DCP Vartika Chaturvedi in the main role. We now hear that in Delhi Crime Season 3, Nimai Bali will be seen in a cameo role as DCP Vartika’s boss.
The series has seen constant characters in actors Shefali Shah, Rajesh Tailang, Rasika Dugal, Adil Hussein etc.
Nimai was recently seen in TV shows Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal, Sirf Tum etc. He played a significant role in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, in the phase where Shakti Arora was the lead.
