IWMBuzz.com has always updated its readers about the latest development from TV and Digital space. We had informed about Netflix bringing an Indian remake of Elite, the Spanish thriller teen drama, created by Carlos Montero and Darío Madrona.
As per reports in media, the show Elite India has been commissioned and Sukesh Motwani will be helming the show under his banner Bodhi Tree Multimedia.
We had earlier exclusively reported about Chandan K Anand and Nandish Singh Sandhu being part of the project.
Now, we hear popular actress Ritu Shivpuri, who entertained masses in movies like ‘Hum Sab Chor Hai’, ‘Aar Ya Paar’, ‘Lajja’ and many more, has bagged the series. She will be seen playing a pivotal part in the project.
We reached out to Ritu and the spokesperson at Netflix but did not get revert.
