Talented actor Samir Soni who was seen in the Amitabh Bachchan starrer film Chehre recently, has bagged an interesting role in an upcoming web project. He will be part of the stellar cast of Showstopper, the ZEE5 series. MS Films produce this series.

We have written about Shubhangi Latkar, Vaidehi Nair, Ameeta Nangia, Tannaz Irani, Bakhtiyar, Zarina Wahab, Zeenat Aman, Kiran Kumar, Rakesh Bedi, Sulbha Arya, Mita Vashisht, Parag Tyagi, Shefali Jariwala, Aarti Naagpal being part of the series.
As per reports, Showstopper will see actors Rohit Roy, Digangana Suryavanshi, Sourabh Raaj Jain, playing pivotal roles. It is being shot in Bhopal.
We now hear of Samir joining the cast. Samir has earlier featured in web projects Cartel, Puncch Beat, and Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives.
IWMBuzz.com reached out to Samir who confirmed the news saying, “Yes, I am quite happy to be part of the project. My character is interesting. There are a lot of people in the cast. I am happy to be working again with actors like Saurabh Raaj Jain, Shweta Tiwari etc. The series has a big cast, and the list of popular names is endless like Zeenat Amanji, Zarina Wahabji, Kiran Kumarji, Mita Vashisht. It is fun to shoot for the series.”
