Amazon Prime recently announced their upcoming original Jee Karda which is directed by Arunima Sharma. It is being made under the banner of Maddock Films, the production house that in the past has produced many acclaimed films like Love Aaj Kal, Hindi Medium, Angrezi Medium and many others.
Popular actress Tamannaah Bhatia is playing the female lead in the series. Along with her, actors Suhail Nayyar, Aashim Gulati, Anya Singh, Hussain Dalal, Samvedna Suwalka, and Sayan Banerjee will be part of the prominent cast.
Now, we have exclusively learnt that actors Simone Singh (Kal Ho Naa Ho, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham… and Ek Hasina Thi) and Dolly Ahluwalia (Vicky Donor, Haider and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag) will be part of the series. The team recently wrapped up the shoot of the same.
