Talented actors and real-life couple Tannaz Irani and Bakhtiyar will share screen space and will play a couple in the upcoming ZEE5 web series Showstopper, which is produced by MS Films. Showstopper the ZEE5 series starring Shweta Tiwari landed into a major controversy when the actress made a statement in the media, apparently related to her bra, which led to legal issues. Showstopper will see actors Rohit Roy, Digangana Suryavanshi, Sourabh Raaj Jain, playing pivotal roles.
We at IWMBuzz.com earlier wrote about actors Shubhangi Latkar, Vaidehi Nair, Ameeta Nangia and Sulbha Arya being part of the series.
We now hear of Tannaz and Bakhtiyar playing pivotal roles in the series.
As per a reliable source, “They will play a couple and will be seen in endearing roles.”
When contacted, Tannaz confirmed the news to us at IWMBuzz.com, saying, “This role will be something that I have never played before. I am happy to be sharing screen space with Bakhtiyar.”
We reached out to the spokesperson at ZEE5 but did not get revert.
