We informed readers about Vidya Malavade, Lukram Smil and Himika Bose being part of the project. Now we hear, talented and veteran actress Tanvi Azmi, who is known for her work in projects like Bajirao Mastani, Tribhanga, Thappad, will also feature in the series.
As per reports, U Special has an ensemble cast that includes Sumeet Vyas, Arjun Mathur, Parambrata Chatterjee, Rukshar Dhillon, Taaruk Raina, Gopal Datt and Ahsaas Channa, among others.
The story is directed by Karwaan director Akarsh Khurana, who is also the showrunner. Adhaar Khurana, who worked as an assistant director on Karwaan, is co-directing.
We reached out to the actress and spokesperson at Lionsgate Play, but did not get revert.
