Popular movie and TV actor Nawab Shah, who is known for his roles in Dilwale, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag and Don 2 , will be seen in an action-packed role in US-based on-demand streaming website Netflix’s first Indian original series Sacred Games.
The series, based on Indian author Vikram Chandra’s novel of the same name, will feature Saif Ali Khan as Sartaj Singh. Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Radhika Apte will have prominent roles. The series will be directed by Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane.
As per sources, “Nawab has started shooting for the seires. He will play a very important character in the storyline.”
Shot in India, the series will be produced in partnership with Phantom Films.
