Samir Kochhar joins the cast of Amazon Prime’s Four More Shots Please 2

Talented actor Samir Kochhar really seems to love the web space. For, apart from Netflix’ Sacred Games and Typewriter, this good-looking guy will also be a part of Amazon Prime’s popular four gals story, Four More Shots Please Season 2.

He was also a part of ALTBalaji’s The Test Case earlier, where he played the boyfriend of lead actor, Nimrat Kaur.

“I have just started shooting for the above Nupur Asthana-directed venture. I play a smart, charming lawyer who does not like to lose. I can’t reveal much, but yes, he will be a principal character, impacting the life of one of the four protagonists, essayed by Kirti Kulhari, Sayani Gupta, Gurbani and Maanvi Gagroo.”

“I am having a good time shooting with the girls who all are very chilled out. The best part of doing web series is that I am getting to associate with some great directors who are doing totally different kinds of stuff. While Nupur is too good in Four More Shots Please, Sujoy Ghosh opened my eyes to new forms of acting in the horror series, Typewriter,” he adds.

Samir is also looking forward to Sacred Games 2, which will stream very soon. “My character really came into his own in the second half of the premier season 1 and I will continue to play a pivotal role in its sequel as well.”

Apart from web, Samir is also awaiting the release of his long-delayed film, Humein Tumse Pyaar Kitna, produced by Karanveer Bohra. “It is not easy to get an independent project going. We had a whale of a time shooting in Manali in November, a couple of years back.”

He plays a rich architect whose girlfriend (Priya Banerjee) comes under the evil eye of a crazy obsessed man (Karanveer). “What happens next is what the film is all about.”

He does not deny that the film is inspired by the hit Shah Rukh Khan starrer, Darr. “But yes, our story is different.”

Samir, all the very best!!
