Tribhanga the drama series for Netflix which will be the digital debut of Kajol has gone on floor.
The series which will track back and forth three generations of the same family has Kajol, Tanvi Azmi and Mithila Palkar playing the leading ladies.
Joining them will be Kunal Roy Kapur.
The series will be produced by Ajay Devgn Ffilms, Bannijay Asia and Alchemy Film of Siddharth Malhotra. The series is being directed by senior actress Renuka Shahane.
News coming in is that actor Nishank Verma who recently starred in the Akshaye Khanna court drama film Section 375, will be part of the series.
Nishank has shot for the Amazon Prime series Gormint and Asura for Voot. He is known for his performance in the Akshay Kumar starrer Gold.
As per a reliable source, “Nishank will play a prominent role in the series.”
We buzzed Bannijay Asia spokesperson and Producer Siddharth Malhotra for revert, but did not succeed.
We also reached out to the spokesperson at Netflix, but did not get revert.
