The shoppers at a Sydney supermarket were startled by an uninvited guest in a terrifying video. A venomous diamond python astonished shoppers at a supermarket as the snake, which stood As the giant python crossed the spice aisle, grocery shopper Helaina Alati noticed it.

Helaina was used to dealing with snakes as a wildlife rescuer, so she was calm and knew how to handle the issue. “I had no idea what to expect, and it definitely surprised me a good bit,” she told AP. She filmed the incident on her phone and alerted staff members at the supermarket. “I went to get my snake bag,” she said. “I think they thought I was a bit nuts when I told them that there was a 10-foot snake in your aisle,” she added.Alati managed to get the reptile out into a snake bag and told BBC that she “tapped him on the tail and he just slithered in”. The snake was not at all and later it was safely released in nearby woodland.
