Actress Tridha Choudhury who impressed one and all as the lead in Dahleez will soon be back into action!!
Tridha who has tasted success on the web medium with her interesting portrayals in series Spotlight and Dulha Wanted, has bagged yet another prime role in an upcoming web-series.
She will play a key role in the Amazon Prime series, Bandish Bandits produced by Anand Tiwari and Amritpal Singh’s Still and Still Media Collective.
Bandish Bandits which will be a musical drama has a great ensemble cast. The series will see the amalgamation of classical music with the Western music. While youngsters Ritwik Bhowmik and Shreya Singh Chaudhry will play the leads, actors Kunaal Roy Kapur, Rituraj K. Singh, Naseeruddin Shah, Sanjay Nath, Meghna Malik will play vital roles.
Tridha will play a crucial role of a singer who is half-Belgian and half-Indian. She will be from the Western style of singing, but will go on to sing the Eastern classical. It will be a very musically connected character.
As per a reliable source, “Tridha’s character will also go on to have love connect with the main boy, essayed by Ritwik Bhowmik.”
When contacted, Tridha confirmed the news with us but did not want to get into details.
