Zoom, the entertainment channel of Times Network will soon be coming up with a series which will be its first Zoom Originals show.
Titled ‘The Reunion’, the web-series will stream on Zoom TV as well on the YouTube.
The series is produced by Lakshya Raj Anand (under the banner Azure Entertainment), who has been an assistant director on movies Bang Bang, Ek Tha Tiger, New York etc. The series will be directed by Karishma Kohli, who was the assistant director of Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Tubelight etc.
The Reunion which is presently being shot at Panchgani right now has a very prominent cast.
Sapna Pabbi who has starred in movies Khamoshiyaan, and has featured in TV shows 24, The Trip and the web-series Breathe will play one of the leads.
Shreya Dhanwanthary, a model and actor who has featured in few movies down South plays one of the leads in the series. She was also part of the series, Ladies Room.
Popular actor Anuj Sachdeva who rose to fame on TV with Sabki Laadli Bebo and has been part of few Bollywood movies plays one of the male leads in the series. Joining him will be Veer Rajwant Singh, who has done movies Little Things, Neta Sabki Leta.
As per a credible source, “The Reunion will be one big series on Zoom platform. The channel is presently working out the logistics and will soon be out with the announcement on the same.”
We buzzed Producer Lakshya Raj Anand, but could not get through to him. Lakshya Raj Anand has recently directed the web-series for Viu India, It Happened in Hong Kong.
