One Digital Entertainment, one of the leading digital media companies in Asia has released a short film named “Ghar” on its content platform, Blush. This short film is directed & written by Sreejone & the main leads are Shreya Gupto & Karan Jotwani. It depicts the storyline of an unmarried couple having different perspective on adoption. It further emphasises on breaking the stereotypical judgment set by the society and contemplating about the repercussions on making the unusual life choices.
This 9 min 30 sec film is about Diya and Rehan, an unmarried couple who are in a complicated point in their life where they are caught between Diya’s desire to adopt and Rehan’s practicality, making us rethink the judgements that our society passes on the different stages of life. As their story unfolds, a surprising twist reveals something completely unexpected, reminding us of the universal need for love, care, and a place to call home. The film takes us through an emotional yet inspiring emotion with purity and subtlety with the aim to think beyond.
