The major variance between Money Heist Korea and the original La Casa De Papel is the geographical and political aspects in which the heist is set up.
While in the case of Korea, it is not in the distant future from the present day, in the world where South and North Korea are United.
Set during the peace demand between the South and North Korea, the heist is planned between both sides and formed Joint Economic Area where business can grow for a better future in industry and economy. Other major details are yet not revealed.
