This online streaming giant has already showcased numerous series that have hooked the audiences and much more interesting web series are line ups for the year. ‘Oh, My Lord’ series announcement has made the regular NetFlix audiences wait for the premiere.
To believe the speculations, OH My Lord series shooting has been completed and it would be starting in November this year. Both Jimmy Shergill and Mita Vashisht are veteran actors who have been associated with various web series.
Jimmy has been associated with Zee5 series Rangbaaz season 2 where Mita was last seen in criminal justice. Jimmy has been associated with applause entertainment series Mannpodganj.
Mita Vashisht is an Indian television and film actress and She has worked in off-beat cinema as well as in commercial roles. She graduated from the National School of Drama. She has also produced and directed television programs and documentaries.
Jimmy started his Bollywood career with film Maachis released on October 25, 1996.
He also acted in movies like – A Wednesday [2008], and My Name is Khan [2010] and Tanu Weds Manu [February 25, 2011] series.
He has been associated with the Punjabi film industry too and has done 5 Punjabi films namely Mannat, Yaara Naal Baharan, Tera Mera Ki Rishta, Munde U.K. De, and Mel Karade Rabba. His last and most recent, Mel Karade Rabba was a commercial success and a bigger hit than the Hindi films released that very day.
