The videos of a guy being beaten violently in Madhya Pradesh went popular on social media, causing the Rewa district police to file a case against three persons.
According to reports, the relatives of the girl he reportedly molested gave 28-year-old Baldau Jadhav this harsh treatment as a punishment.
Baldau Jadhav is shown in the video with a belt around his neck, which one of the men used to drag him about while another rained punches.
Another man, who appeared to be filming the scene, continuously told the other two to stop thrashing Baldau Jadhav and warned them that he would die.
Baldau began bleeding from his mouth, and blood marks could be visible on his clothing as the beating continued.
He pleaded with the attackers to cease and expressed regret to them. After a short time, the men came to a halt, and one of them ordered Baldau to flee while hurling insults at him.
They began whipping him again after a lengthy interaction in which the men continued to threaten him.
Additional Superintendent of police Shivkumar Verma stated,”The person who was beaten up is Baldau Jadhav. He went to jail in an extortion case and was recently released. He allegedly harassed a girl and was then kidnapped and beaten up by her relatives. We have registered a case against three people under IPC Section 327 (voluntarily causing hurt). They are on the run and efforts are on to catch them.”
He said, “There is a mobile phone in every hand. Someone shoots a video, makes it viral after 8-10 days. We request people to inform the police immediately so that a case is lodged and action is taken.”
