In the video, a Nigerian man is seen for the first time tasting cuisine at a restaurant in Connecticut, United States. The man’s response after tasting the cuisine was so great that netizens adored the video.
Taccara Rae and Lamboginny, an Instagram influencer pair, shared the video. They documented their experience after consuming Indian cuisine on their Ling & Lamb Instagram account. In the meantime, the video has gone viral.
The pair is seen in the film visiting the Bonani Take Out Indian Kitchen, where they order a thali with rice, paratha, and Lamb Vindaloo, a Goan-inspired Indian curry meal. It’s frequently described as a scorching, spicy dish.
After tasting the food, the Nigerian man was so thrilled that he volunteered to pay twice as much for it.
When the food was presented, Lamboginny can be heard stating, “This is Lamb Vindaloo?” on the video. “I’m not going to pay if it’s not sweet.”
“It’s not sweet at all.” The waiter said, “It’s a little spicy.”
Lamboginny couldn’t stop himself from asking for another helping of rice after only one bite of Lamb Vindaloo. After devouring the Indian thali, Lamboginny declared, “I am already an Indian.”
He told the waitress, “I’m going to pay double.” He also requested that more dishes be packed for himself.
