One of the most common phobias is snake fear. Anyone who comes into contact with a snake can be terrified. Even individuals who work with reptiles on a daily basis face risk and nerve-wracking rescue attempts. A snake catcher had a close encounter with a king cobra in a video that recently went viral.
Parveen Kaswan, an IFS officer, posted the video to social media with the phrase “how not to rescue a snake.” To date, the video has received over 279.5k views.
A snake rescuer is shown standing outside a door, bending to grasp the cobra’s tail. Before he can securely remove the reptile with the tongs in his hand, the cobra approaches the door very rapidly. The snake reaches about four feet in height when it raises its head. The rescuer is startled by the snake and loses his equipment near the end of the video.
According to reports, the incident occurred last week in Belthangady, Karnataka. A 14-foot cobra was discovered in a home’s bathroom. To get the snake out of the house, Ashok, a local snake rescuer, and expert was brought in. The snake was then released into a nearby woodland in a safe manner.
Several individuals were left stunned when the footage was uploaded on the internet. Many people believed the rescuer was fortunate to have survived the incident.
