The specific date and location of the video are not known. Such events are growing more regular as people prefer e-scooters and bikes over traditional vehicles. However, firefighters from all around the world have already expressed worry that faulty aftermarket batteries could be a problem in numerous situations. Replacement batteries are more likely to spark fires than the ones that arrived with the scooters.
