Following the example of Lucknow girl Priyadarshini, another girl’s video has gone viral on social media, earning her the label “Chappal Girl.” Although unlike Priyadarshini, this incident is not being condemned, the chappal girl is being praised. The video that has gone viral comes from Uttar Pradesh’s Raebareli area. On Monday, a district girl did something that became an example for other daughters. When she asked for the phone number, she not only taught a madman a lesson, but she also thrashed him with her shoes in the middle of the crossroads. Not only that, but after beating the lunatic, the girl told him that if he did it again, she would file a police report. Everyone was convinced of her because of the manner her daughter showed courage in the centre of the crossroads. Everyone applauded the daughter and remarked that every daughter should be as brave as she was.
Actually, Jyoti, a 15-year-old girl from the Dalmau Kotwali region who lives near Ghurwara, had gone to Dalmau tehsil on a date in a case. Her father is thought to have passed away. He is the one who is responsible for the upkeep of the house. She was walking from Tehsil to her house. Meanwhile, a young person from another neighborhood approached her and began asking for her phone number. He began harassing her for failing to provide the phone number.
The daughter tried to explain things to him at first, but when he refused, she became enraged. She took off her slippers and began thrashing the young man at the Ghurwara crossing. People were taken aback when they saw the young man getting pummelling in the middle of the crossroads. When the guests arrived, the daughter said the young man was bothering her. The cops were only a few steps away, but they had no idea what had happened with the daughter.
People threatened the young man after learning about the daughter, leading him to flee the scene. During this time, everyone praised the daughter’s bravery and suggested that every daughter should give the miscreants a lesson as well.
