Manike Mage Hithe’s song is now recognised by the majority of us even from afar. It has become so well-known as a result of its enormous popularity. Many people have fallen in love with the Sinhala song, and the internet is flooded with remixes, people dancing to it, and people simply enjoying the catchy tune. Now, a video of an American singer, Eric Henry Heinrichs, putting his spin on the song has gone popular on social media, and the internet is smitten.
The video was shot in a beautiful area by Eric, an American living in Sri Lanka. He was shown in the video singing the song with his twists. In his rendition of the upbeat song, he mixed Sri Lankan and English lyrics. Eric even threw in a rap set to the backdrop of a beach and train lines.

The video was posted on YouTube and it went viral very fast. Netizens were blown away, with some even proclaiming it to be better than the original.
