OMG: A 4-Foot-Long Venomous Cobra Got Its Head Stuck In A Can, Watch

In the garden of a home in Puri, Odisha, a 4-foot-long venomous cobra got its head stuck in a container.

Careless trash disposal is not only unsanitary, but it can also be detrimental to wildlife and aquatic animals. A snake’s head has been seen lodged inside a beer can in a viral video. The reptile was rescued and released back into the wild thanks to wildlife rescuers.

A cobra was seen stuck in an empty tin can in a video extensively distributed online from Odisha, attempting to release itself. Locals in Puri’s Madipur village alerted snake helpline members to the frightened animal and requested assistance.

The scientists had to first cut a small hole in the deadly snake to allow it to breathe. Then they tried to cut the tin can and release it free by covering its mouth with a transparent plastic open-ended plastic tube.

The rescuers were finally able to set it free after nearly 20 minutes. They also administered some medications to the injured animal before returning it to its native home.

Many people expressed concern after seeing the video and underlined the necessity of properly disposing of rubbish such as plastic straws, cans, and other items that could harm wild creatures.
