The most recent addition to this list is a sequence from Thapki Pyar Ki 2 starring Jigyasa Singh and Akash Ahuja. Colors TV recently aired a marketing video containing the scene on social media, and it soon went viral. The Internet can’t stop giggling at how the sindoor defied the laws of physics and motion to land on the lead actress’s forehead.
Thapki (Jigyasa Singh) is getting ready to apply sindoor or vemillion after coming out of the shower. She is seen standing still in front of the mirror when her husband Purab, played by Akash Ahuja, stumbles on a small amount of water on the floor. By waving his arms around frantically and placing a pinch of sindoor to Thapki’s forehead, he manages to bridge a few feet between himself and his wife. Onlookers instantly saw that his movements defied all logic and gravitational rules.
The sindoor scenario has gone popular on social media after it was shared on Friday. On Facebook alone, it has received over 1.9 million views, with many more on other networks such as Instagram and Twitter.
People called the moment “absolute rubbish” and “the stupidest thing ever” in the comments section.
One delighted spectator said, “Comedy Nights With Kapil has a competitor.” “This is another level of stupidity!” said another.
After witnessing the spectacle, one Twitter user remarked, “Physics and logic have indeed been slaughtered here.”
