A big and important update coming in for all fans and admirers of of BGMI aka Battlegrounds Mobile India.
If the latest media reports and speculations on social media is to be believed, the app has mysteriously disappeared from platforms like Google Play Store and App Store. For the unversed, the game was launched last year after its previous iteration aka PUBG Mobile was banned by the Indian government in 2020. The reason for the ‘ban’ was said to be security reasons. At the time of writing, PUBG New State, which is developed by BGMI’s maker, Krafton, is available to download on both Google Play and Apple App Store. The timing of the removal is not coincidental as an issue related to BGMI was raised in the Rajya Sabha recently.
