Although Clash of Clans creator Supercell has been tight-lipped regarding the upcoming feature update, a leak has revealed that it may be dubbed ‘Clan Capital.’ Along with this, Supercell stated that the next update will be “different,” which has sparked a slew of fan ideas. If you’re as curious as we are, here’s everything we know so far about the impending Clash of Clans May/Spring update and the previously leaked Clan Capital.
An inadvertent Google advertising for the yet-to-be-announced Clash of Clans expansion, ‘Clan Capital,’ was just uncovered by a Reddit user. Aside from the update’s name, no further details regarding what’s inside have been published. Another Reddit user pointed out that the Clan Capital update had previously been leaked by another user, but that it had been promptly withdrawn after being published. According to the source, players will be able to attack as a clan starting at Level 2, and Clan Capitals will have 5-6 levels. Of course, you should take these details with a grain of salt until the creators announce the release date.
Supercell has yet to provide any official details about the forthcoming Clash of Clans update, but they did make the following comment on Twitter: “We know you’re eager for sneak peeks to begin, but we’re not there yet.” The next update will be… unique, and we’ll need a little more time.”
As of this writing, there is no stated release date for the upcoming Clash of Clans update. The previous Spring Update for 2021 was released on April 12th, but we’re nearing the end of April, and fans are speculating that it won’t arrive until early May. On April 11th, 2022, Supercell stated that the upgrade will take “a little more time,” but did not provide a deadline.
