When Will The PS5 Be Restocked? Here’s What We’ve Learned So Far

Here's one store that has PS5 replenishment, but there's a catch.

So far, February has been a slow month for PS5 restocks, but one outlet has the in-demand gaming machine in stock and is ready to go. However, we strongly advise against purchasing in this case since there is a significant catch. HSN is currently offering PS5 packages ranging in price from $999 to $1,119. Even the cheapest is more than double the price of a PS5 solo, so that’s already a big no-no.

In comparison, companies like GameStop keep next-gen console bundles under $800. When you look at what’s in these bundles, things get a lot worse. Silicone controller skins, no-name-brand headphones, and unofficial controller charging ports are all included.

We couldn’t give an exact retail value because these accessories are unbranded, however, we can certainly claim these bundles are outrageously overpriced. Even worse, each bundle includes two vouchers, one for Family Game Services Software and the other for Game Essentials Software. The HSN website does not specify the value of these coupons, nor does it specify what they can be used for.

These vouchers are almost probably ineligible for use on the digital PlayStation Store, so why are they included? These aren’t the first rip-off PS5 bundles we’ve seen, but they’re clearly among the poorest value we’ve seen yet. Unfortunately, it appears that some people are still hoping to benefit from the console’s shortage.
