1. BANANA MANGO SMOOTHIE.
Ingredients: 1 big banana, 1 cup mango, 1 tbsp chia seed, 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk, 1/2 cup of orange juice.
METHOD:- 1. Put in all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. AVOCADO SMOOTHIE.
Ingredients: 1 cup Avocado, 1 Cup Milk, 1 big Banana, 2 tbsp honey.
METHOD: 1. Blend all ingredients into a blender.
2. Pour into a jar and enjoy it.
3. MANGO STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE.
Ingredients: 1 Cup Strawberries, 1/2 cup Mango, 1 Banana, 1/2 cup Pineapple.
METHOD: 1. Blend all ingredients into a blender.
2. Pour into a jar and enjoy it.
4. MIX FRUIT SMOOTHIE.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup kiwi, 1/2 Cup Blackberries, 1/2 Cup Blueberries, 1/2 Cup Strawberries, 1/2 Cup Raspberries, 1/2 Cup Kale.
METHOD: 1. Blend all ingredients into a blender.
2. Pour into a jar and enjoy it.
5. STRAWBERRY OATMEAL SMOOTHIE.
Ingredients: 1 cup Soy Milk, 14 Frozen Strawberries, 1 Big Banana, 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats, 1 1/2 tbsp of sugar, 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Essence.
METHOD: 1. Blend all ingredients into a blender.
2. Pour into a jar and enjoy it.
