Ingredients
Two bowls of Palak (Spinach)
500 grams paneer
50 grams cashews
1 medium-sized onion
1 green chili
Oil
Salt to taste
½ spoon Turmeric
1 spoon garam masala
Step1
Take your fresh spinach and rinse it through the water. Put some oil in a pan and add all of your spinach and cashews. Cook it until it shrinks and loses a little bit of its water. Put this mixture in your blender and blend it until a soft and smooth puree is formed.
Step 2
Heat a pan with some oil, add your chopped onion with salt, turmeric, and garam masala and cook it all together until the onion is completely cooked. Also, add your ginger garlic paste to this and mix it all well.
Step 3
Once the onion is all cooked, make sure you add your palak or spinach puree to it and give it a good story and let it all cook together for about 4 minutes.
Step 4
Once your gravy is uncooked, add your sliced cubed paneer to the gravy and give it a good stir. Put a lid on your pan and let it all cook for about 2 minutes.
Your palak or spinach paneer is ready to be served.
