At Sunday night’s star-studded Bulgari gala in Milan, all eyes were on Bella Hadid. The model was dressed to impress in a red corseted Versace gown and beautiful Bulgari jewelry.
The dress had a corseted bodice that pinched the model in at the waist, giving her hourglass proportions that were almost cartoon-like. The gown also featured a figure-hugging full-length skirt and a dazzling jewel-encrusted breast.
The 22-year-old completed her ensemble with a matching pair of red Roger Vivier shoes and posed like a pro on the red carpet.
Gigi Hadid’s handmade Versace gown for the 2018 Met Gala was inspired by stained-glass windows, in keeping with the theme “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination.” The sky-high slit that exposes off her whole leg, not the glass-inspired decorations, is what you’ll see straight through! If that isn’t enough, wait till you see it from the back, where cutaway parts emphasize Gigi’s gown’s influence.
The Versace gown worn by the 23-year-old model is a work of art, with dazzling fabric parts sewn together to create a flowing, single-sleeved masterpiece reminiscent of an ancient church. Simple drop earrings and a clean hairdo completed Gigi’s look.
