One such celebrity is Halsey, who attended the first weekend of the festival in Indio, California, while decked out in cosmetics from their about-face beauty.

Fortunately for us, Halsey shared a small tutorial on Instagram for her eye makeup look, which is a graphic Y2K-inspired blue and silver cat eye with gem embellishments and a peachy-pink pout. At the conclusion of Coachella, Halsey said, “I thought, ‘I can’t believe my makeup lasted this long,’ and then I recalled, oh ya, I designed it to do that. (Benefits of owning your own cosmetics line!)”

Halsey starts the sped-up music video wearing No Queen Blues, a deep cobalt blue shade from about-Matte face’s Fluid Eye Paint. Before applying a couple more eye paints in the colors Hidden Garden and Freaked, they draw them on the inside corners and edges of their eyes and blend them with a brush. After the paints have been thoroughly mixed, Halsey applies a Shadowstick in Creature, a vivid aqua, and uses another Shadowstick, this time in Kill the Lights, a deep black, to smoke out her eyes.

Halsey uses Fractal Glitter Dust in Ascent and Juniper Leaf on their eyelids, blending it with their fingers to add an extra pop of shimmer. She then adds a rhinestone under each eye for even more glitz. On her collarbones, she applies some Light Lock Highlight Fluid to complete her Coachella-ready makeup look. Then, using Paint-It Matte Lip Color in Baby’s Arms, Halsey applies a pretty peach lip. She then adds a coat of Light Lock Lip Gloss on top for shine and sparkle. And presto! The artist is prepared for a festival.

Halsey consistently outdoes herself in terms of attractiveness and is the greatest chameleon, changing her appearance to become anyone from a punk hero to Cher from the ’70s. The star’s mastery of makeup is evident in the star’s ability to create an about-face. You can copy Halsey’s style for your upcoming hot summer festival, thanks to her tutorial.
