September came and went, and with it, a fashion month that was shockingly successful. Paris is undoubtedly the most eagerly awaited of all the prominent global cities that host international fashion weeks, since many regard the city to be the style center of the world. The members of Blackpink, who are all representatives of separate luxury French fashion businesses, were welcomed back to Paris Fashion Week this year. Rosé represents Saint Laurent, while Lisa represents Celine.
Rosè
With her see-through Saint Laurent minidress, Rosé stole the show at the French design house. Two gold chokers, tights, and knee-high boots completed the ensemble.
Her participation at Paris Fashion Week comes only weeks after she made history as one of the first K-pop singers to attend the prestigious Met Gala. She walked the red carpet alongside Anthony Vaccarello, the creative director of Saint Laurent.
Lisa
Lisa joined the other three members on a trip to France on October 4, having completed advertising for her new single Lalisa. The actress arrived at Incheon International Airport dressed entirely in Celine, with a black and white Chasseur jacket and a white Romy bag.
Fans were ecstatic to find that she was following the rest of her band, which resulted in the hashtag “#BienvenueLisa” trending globally on social media. (They were less pleased, though, when Lisa was unable to attend key Paris Fashion Week events.)
