Ishtyle for you in one word:

Style is one’s personal sense of fashion. It is who you are and what you want people to see you as. For me, it is all about being comfortable in what I am wearing

Favourite item in your wardrobe:

I love wearing dresses that are casual. I don’t like wearing trousers, pants, jeans, shorts etc.

The style that makes you feel smart:

I feel that if you are fit, and you maintain your lifestyle, that’s when you look perfect. It is nothing about makeup. It is just about what you eat, how you exercise, how well slept you are. If all of this is taken care of, and you add a little bit of oomph to what you wear, that gives a feeling

Your fashion inspiration:

It’s a weird mix of three people, I love the way they have carried their style. I have literally seen their journey. Grace Kelly, Cindy Crawford and Kim Kardashian have inspired me a lot

What would be your dress to kill on a perfect date:

Mt vote of confidence is ticked in all the right boxes when my hair is fresh with bounce and shine, I am well-rested, I am well-slept, I have exercised, I have not overeaten. Clothes are secondary, and I need to feel good from within. Only then, the clothes, shoes, makeup add on for me.

If I have to say what I choose to wear, anything in black will be good

Sweatshirts or shirts:

I choose both

Your favorite accessory to go with your dress:

I am not an accessory person at all. I am not a jewellery person, I don’t like anything chunky on me. I have just started wearing something in my ears. I personally feel that my body is my accessory

Indian or western:

I say that there is nothing as beautiful as the six yards saree. I choose a saree over a salwar kameez or a suit. For me, a saree wins the race. I also choose western as that is the way of life. I cannot wear saree everyday

Your best gift with respect to attire that you have got:

I gifted myself a Diane Von Furstenberg dress when I went to USA. It is a beautiful piece, I am really proud of owning it

Your favorite dress worn during lockdown:

I wore nothing that I was comfortable in. Both the lockdowns, I was not home and was stuck somewhere else. So I had limited clothes and I was carrying attires that were not my comfort zone clothes. So I can say that I had the worst experience during the lockdowns when it came to dressing as I was not home

Favorite Beachwear Fashion:

I do not have a bikini body as yet. I would love to have one. I do wear swimsuits. Hopefully soon, I will have a bikini body

What did you miss the most in dressing up during this lockdown:

I have been working all through the lockdown. Since I was shooting for my TV show last year, I wore sarees. Meera in Kumkum Bhagya was a fashionable modern character. This year, I was shooting for a movie and was dressed up in the character of the movie.

Fashion advice to fans:

I don’t know what advice to give them. But I would love to tell them that I love them.
